Our inclusion ministry committee has put together an inclusion survey. We are asking everyone who may have any special needs – or those who know of parishioners with special needs such as family members, neighbors, or friends – to take a moment to complete that survey. On Labor Day, Monday, September 6, Masses will be celebrated at 8:15 am at Saint Paul Cathedral and 10:00 am at our Saint Rosalia site. Please note that there is no 12:05 pm Mass at the Cathedral on Labor Day. The Cathedral itself will be closed following the 8:15 am Mass on that day. The Saint Paul Cathedral Parish office will be closed on Labor Day. The office will reopen on Tuesday, September 7, at 9:00 am.
Our Religious Education Program is beginning registration for our fall program. We are planning for classes (grades 1 – 8) to be held at our Saint Rosalia site in the Social Hall from 6:00 – 7:30 pm on Monday evenings. "CALLED TO BE A SAINT" VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL. Our Vacation Bible School will be held at our Saint Rosalia site Church and Social Hall. All children entering grades 1 – 7 are welcome! Eighth graders and high school students are invited to help. Several very qualified adults and Father Steve Palsa will lead the evening program on August 9, 10, 11, and 12 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Saint Paul Cathedral parish will host a Mass in honor of Saint Regis on his feast day, June 16 this year. Our pastor and rector, Father Stubna will celebrate this Mass at 6:30 pm at our Saint Regis site, located at 3256 Parkview Avenue, South Oakland. All are welcome.

A landscaping workday is scheduled for this Saturday, June 5 beginning at 9:00 am, weather permitting. We will have flowers to plant around the Cathedral rectory as well as some other landscaping chores. We can use the help of any volunteers who can join us. Bring your gloves and any diggers you might have. Coffee and donuts will be served. Consider coming together and helping us in our annual spring flower planting as we work to beautify the Cathedral grounds. All are welcome.
